1. 本App旨在協助使用者紓解日常生活壓力，所有內容僅供娛樂。禁止用於任何形式的網路霸凌、騷擾或侵犯他人隱私。用戶自行承擔發佈內容之法律責任。
2. 本App禁止產生包含他人未經授權之肖像內容。用戶上傳之任何素材所導致之法律爭議，由使用者承擔全部法律責任，本開發者不負損害賠償義務。
3. 用戶對於錄製內容之隱私權、肖像權及法律後果需自負全責。
4. 避免上傳涉及真實人物肖像或人身攻擊之內容。用戶之發佈行為與本App開發者無關。
5. 本App分享功能僅供方便傳輸檔案。使用者須確保內容不涉及人身攻擊、誹謗或侵犯隱私。分享行為所產生之法律責任由使用者自負。

Please read the following terms carefully before using this app. By using this application, you agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. This app aims to help users relieve daily stress, and all contents are for entertainment purposes only. It is prohibited to use it for any form of cyberbullying, harassment, or invasion of privacy. Users are solely responsible for the legal consequences of the content they publish.
2. This app prohibits the generation of content containing unauthorized portraits of others. Users are solely responsible for any legal disputes arising from materials uploaded by them, and the developer bears no liability for damages.
3. Users are fully responsible for the privacy, portrait rights, and legal consequences of the recorded content.
4. Avoid uploading content involving real people portraits or personal attacks. The posting behavior of the user is unrelated to the app developer.

EU users change their advertising consent settings:
Tap on the upper right hand corner of the APP menu, then tap on the "Ads Settings for European Users" option, the reset menu will be displayed on the next APP open.
Joyfullyapps uses Google's mobile advertising platform Admob in free version and fully complies with their privacy and developer's policy. Admob uses Google's Advertising ID API (which Joyfullyapps has no access) to provide advertisements to you. These ads can include targeted ones. Legal
You are not to use app(s) from Joyfullyapps in any way that might be illegal or unlawful under local

You accept that Joyfullyapps (the developer) does not have any sort of liability whatsoever for anything that may arise from the use of our apps.
Prohibition on Reverse Engineering, De-compilation and Disassembly
Any person or entity may not reverse engineer, de-compile, or disassemble or crack this application for any other use.
Protection of Intellectual Rights
All the rhyming Villain Hitting sentences and oral recordings (including in Chinese Mandarin, Cantonese or English) are originally created by the developer and are protected by the local and international copyrights laws. Use or re-use or distribution of them in any forms or by any means must obtain the prior written permission or authorization from the developer.
